Content Engine

Public policy

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Content Engine, including the creator tools, account features, credits, paid plans, uploads, generated media, and public utilities.

Paid plans and payment processing are being activated for Content Engine. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms on this page and on the Refund Policy page.

Using Content Engine

Content Engine provides tools for creators to draft scripts, organize projects, create carousels, generate images, extract visual styles, render media, and use free recording utilities. You may use the service for personal or business purposes as long as your use follows these terms and applicable law.

Accounts And Workspace Access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.
  • You may not share login credentials, bypass authentication, or attempt to access another user's workspace.
  • Content Engine uses one private workspace per authenticated user in this phase.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, create payment risk, or create security risk.

Your Content And Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of scripts, prompts, uploads, project files, and generated outputs to the extent permitted by law and the policies of the AI providers used to create them. You grant Content Engine the limited rights needed to store, process, render, transmit, and display that content so the service can operate.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, permissions, and consent needed for anything you upload, reference, generate, publish, or use commercially.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to content generated for other users. Content Engine does not guarantee that outputs are unique, legally clear, suitable for a specific platform, or safe for every commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Credits And Paid Plans

  • Credits are used to access provider-backed or compute-heavy actions such as generation, rerolls, renders, and similar workflows.
  • Credits are not cash, stored value, or a bank balance. They cannot be transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged except where required by law.
  • Subscription plans may grant a recurring credit amount for the relevant billing period.
  • Credit costs may vary by model, quality, provider, media length, or workflow complexity.
  • If a generation or render fails due to a service-side issue, we may restore credits or otherwise correct the ledger when technically possible.

Subscriptions, Renewal, And Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing cycle selected at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal. You can cancel through the billing flow when available or by contacting contact@abhishekgusain.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Content Engine to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, exploitative, or hateful;
  • sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse material;
  • creates non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonation of a real person;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, fraud, malware, phishing, or other illegal activity;
  • bypasses safety filters, rate limits, payment systems, or security controls;
  • violates the policies of our AI, hosting, storage, payment, or infrastructure providers.

Third-Party Providers

Content Engine relies on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, AI generation, transcription, rendering, and related infrastructure. Your use of the app may be affected by provider availability, provider policies, rate limits, moderation decisions, or outages.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Content Engine reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including during payment activation, provider migration, or abuse prevention work.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, generated outputs, failed generations, provider outages, billing disputes, or inability to access the service.
