Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Content Engine collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, creator tools, account features, credit system, and payment features.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created while you use the product, and limited technical information needed to operate the service.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details.
  • Creator workspace data, such as projects, scripts, prompts, styles, carousel drafts, generated images, rendered files, and tool settings.
  • Uploaded media, such as audio, video, images, reference files, and related metadata.
  • Billing and transaction records, such as plan selection, credit grants, credit usage, invoices, payment status, and refund records.
  • Support communications, feedback, and any information you include when contacting us.
  • Technical data, such as browser type, device information, approximate location from IP address, logs, timestamps, and error diagnostics.

Payments

Content Engine is being prepared for paid plans and payment activation in this session. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored directly by Content Engine. We may store payment status, customer identifiers, subscription metadata, invoice references, and credit ledger events so the app can provide access, show billing history, and reconcile purchases.

How We Use Information

  • To provide the app, authenticate users, create workspaces, and keep each user's private data scoped to their account.
  • To process prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and rendering jobs through AI, storage, transcription, media, and infrastructure providers.
  • To manage credits, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, billing support, abuse prevention, and payment reconciliation.
  • To improve reliability, debug failures, prevent duplicate charges, detect misuse, and protect the service.
  • To respond to support requests and send service-related account, billing, or security messages.

AI Processing And Generated Content

Your prompts, uploaded files, style references, scripts, and generated outputs may be sent to third-party AI, media, storage, and infrastructure providers solely to perform the requested workflow. These providers may process the data according to their own service terms and security controls. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party material unless you have the right to process it through Content Engine.

How We Share Information

  • With service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, databases, file storage, AI generation, transcription, rendering, analytics, email, support, and payments.
  • With payment providers when needed to process checkout, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, or refunds.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid request from public authorities.
  • When necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, investigate violations, or enforce our terms.
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Data Storage And Retention

We retain account, workspace, project, billing, and credit ledger data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain reliable audit records. You may request deletion of your account or content by contacting us. Some transaction, security, and ledger records may be retained where required for compliance, payment reconciliation, or abuse prevention.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including authenticated access, tenant-scoped database records, server-side ownership checks, and signed access for private files where applicable. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your Choices

  • You can access and update account details through your account provider where supported.
  • You can delete or edit certain creator records inside the app.
  • You can contact us to request account deletion, billing help, privacy questions, or export assistance where available.
  • You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails if we send them in the future.

Children

Content Engine is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
