Billing policy
Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds, cancellations, failed generations, credits, and billing support work for Content Engine.
Payment Activation
Paid plans and checkout are being activated for Content Engine. Once checkout is live, your purchase screen will show the plan, billing cycle, price, included credits, renewal terms, and payment provider before you confirm payment.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing cycle selected at checkout.
- You may cancel anytime through the billing flow when available or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
- You generally keep access to paid features and remaining plan credits through the end of the current billing period, unless the account is suspended for misuse.
Refund Eligibility
Because AI generation and media rendering use third-party compute resources, provider APIs, storage, and processing capacity, paid plan charges and credit purchases are generally final once the purchase is completed.
We may review refund requests when:
- you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same purchase;
- checkout completed but the purchased plan or credits were not applied after reasonable troubleshooting;
- required by applicable law;
- we determine a service-side billing error occurred.
Credits And Failed Jobs
Credits are normally used when an expensive action is reserved, generated, rendered, or completed. If a provider-backed job fails due to a service-side issue, we may restore credits, release a reservation, or correct the credit ledger where technically possible. Failed jobs caused by prohibited content, unsafe prompts, account misuse, or provider policy violations may not be eligible for credit restoration.
How To Request Help
For billing or refund questions, email contact@abhishekgusain.com with your account email, the approximate purchase time, the plan or credit purchase involved, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and transaction.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. If a dispute or chargeback is opened, we may restrict account access while the payment provider reviews the transaction.
